Chantelle is truly committed to health and nutrition from both a professional and personal perspective, taking an active interest in healthy cooking for her friends and family and regularly engaging in physical activity. At Bites, she provides her clients with caring and individualised nutritional and exercise advice to help them best achieve their health goals.
Being a business owner and parent, Chantelle has always understood that time is valuable and she loves figuring out ways to help you manage your health more simply and practically. Chantelle works closely with your GP and often Chantelle’s clients are able to reduce diabetic or blood pressure medications that they have been taking for years through developing tailored food and exercise plans.
Chantelle graduated from Sydney University and holds a degree in Exercise and Sport Science as well as a first class honours degree in Nutrition. She is an accredited member of the Dietitian’s Association of Australia as well as Exercise and Sport Science Australia. She is also recognised as an accredited Anthropometrist by the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry which allows her to proficiently measure and assess your skin folds and other body composition data. She has worked professionally with numerous hospitals such as Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Westmead Hospital, Liverpool Hospital, The Hills Private Hospital, Norwest Private Hospital and Lady Davidson Private Hospital. Chantelle has also worked with many individuals under both Private and CTP/Workcover/Life Insurance schemes to help them return to work and life following a significant work accident or illness such as an acute mental health episode, complicated surgical intervention, a cancer journey or chronic fatigue diagnosis.
Chantelle regularly mentors emerging practitioners in the industry and finds gratitude in their trust that she will support them on their own career journeys. She also works with the media, publications and consults to pharmaceutical companies to assist them in improving the health status of their audiences and consumers. Chantelle also provides expert opinion as an Exercise Physiologist on medical negligence cases to advocate for patient safety and healthcare standards in Australia.
Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys spending quality time with her daughter Isla, keeping her cardiovascular system healthy playing soccer, working on her strength through pole fitness, going to the beach and spending time with her Black Labrador, Preston. Chantelle understands that life is dynamic, demanding and different for everyone and as such offers diet and exercise solutions that can be easily adjusted to fit your lifestyle.
Chantelle’s Dietetic Interest Areas: Metabolic health (including diabetes), cardiovascular disease (including hypertension, high cholesterol), sustainable weight loss, body composition change (increasing muscle mass, reducing body fat), nutrition to support mental health (including management of anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder), sports nutrition (particularly triathlon/ironman nutrition), gastrointestinal issues such as IBS and food intolerances/food allergies. Chantelle has completed further studies in fertility and maternal nutrition as well as disordered eating and psychological factors that impact on our food and exercise behaviours. Being a mum herself, Chantelle has both personal and professional experience in managing paediatric and infant nutrition including faltering growth, feeding issues, picky eating and food allergies/intolerances in children.
Chantelle’s Exercise Physiology Interest Areas: metabolic health (particularly type 2 diabetes), cardiovascular disease, sustainable weight loss, shoulder injuries (including frozen shoulder, bursitis, rotator cuff pathology), hip issues (including SIJ dysfunction, bursitis), knee injuries (including strengthening post surgical interventions) and back/spine rehab (including long term management of disc and spine issues such as disc protrusion/spondylosis/arthritis/sciatica) and return to function post surgery. Chantelle has also completed extensive further studies in pregnancy and post-partum exercise including management of diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor training.
Ashlee Kelly

Ashlee is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitians Australia with a passion for helping clients achieve long-term health and nutrition goals. With her naturally empathetic and caring nature, she understands that everyone comes with a unique background, lifestyle, and nutritional needs, which is why she tailors her approach to each individual. Ashlee is committed to understanding each client’s unique journey, offering guidance that integrates nutrition into their daily lives in a way that feels achievable and sustainable. She takes an empathetic, holistic approach, ensuring that each plan is built to suit individual preferences and lifestyle demands, as nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Ashlee’s passion for nutrition and fitness has been a driving force throughout her life, from earning a black belt in taekwondo at age 16 to diving into nutrition research in her spare time. This dedication inspired her to pursue a career in dietetics, where she is devoted to bridging the gap in nutritional knowledge and empowering others to achieve optimal health. With over two years of experience as a Dietitian Assistant at St Vincent’s Hospital, Ashlee provided expert nutrition support in line with hospital protocols. During this time, she completed both her Bachelor of Nutrition Science and Master of Dietetics at Deakin University. In addition to her clinical experience, Ashlee has been involved in research with the Institute of Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN) at Deakin University, managing projects focused on infants under two years old in childcare environments. She also co-authored the study “The Influence of Sleep on Human Taste Function and Perception: A Systematic Review,” highlighting her evidence-based approach to dietetics.
Areas of interest: Women’s health (including PCOS, endometriosis & adenomyosis), IBS, coeliac disease, sustainable weight management, cardiovascular disease (including high cholesterol and hypertension), pregnancy and maternal health and nutrition advice to complement fitness goals. Ashlee also aspires to complete additional training in fertility and reproductive health, as she believes that the key to optimal nutrition lies in prevention.
Outside of work, Ashlee’s love for food and travel fuels her curiosity and creativity. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she is always on the lookout for exciting new culinary experiences. She also enjoys staying active, whether that’s through gym workouts, Pilates, or exploring the outdoors. Ashlee’s compassionate, thoughtful approach makes her an excellent partner for anyone seeking long-term support in their health and wellness journey.
Emily Devane

Emily is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with an enthusiastic and compassionate approach to supporting her clients’ health and wellbeing. She strives to create a comfortable space where clients feel heard, motivated, and supported throughout their nutrition journey. Her evidence-based, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach empowers clients to make sustainable changes that align with their lifestyle and goals. Emily graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition and Food Science) and Australian Catholic University with a Masters of Dietetic Practice. She has gained valuable experience in community nutrition, working with individuals experiencing severe mental ill health at Mindgardens Sydney through designing and implementing a kitchen skills cooking course. This shaped her as a compassionate and strengths-focused practitioner who deeply values connection and celebrates each client’s progress – big or small. Rooted in the Health at Every Size philosophy, Emily aims to help clients achieve long-term improvements through practical, enjoyable, and balanced nutrition strategies. She believes that small, meaningful changes can create powerful results over time. Outside of work, Emily enjoys staying active through the gym, Pilates, dancing, and playing Oztag in the winter. She loves spending time with her partner and friends, often seeking out live music or camping adventures. With her background as a gym manager, she brings an appreciation for exercise, community, and the synergy between physical activity and nutrition to every client relationship.

Andrea is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with an empathic and energetic nature. This shows through her ability to connect well with all her clients and engage them within the nutrition therapy process in an inspiring way. Andrea strives to provide sustainable ongoing nutrition care, focusing on her clients’ individual needs, the strategies or meal plans recommended are highly personalised to her client. She makes sure that the strategies she develops with her clients are enjoyable, easy to follow and relate to the latest evidenced based research to meet their health needs and conditions. Andrea also recognises the importance of longevity once nutrition and health related goals are achieved. She assists her clients not only achieving their goals but providing them with the knowledge and skills to sustain their goals long term.
Since completing her Nutrition & Dietetics degree at the University of Newcastle, Andrea has completed additional qualifications to further her knowledge and understanding of many specific nutrition and health related conditions. Andrea is certified by Monash University as a Registered Low FODMAP Approved Dietitian in administering The Low FODMAP Diet, as well as Nutrition and IBD by Crohns and Colitis Australia. Andrea also has interest in women’s health, being an endorsed Fertility Dietitian by the Early Nutrition Alliance Australia. Andrea has put her passion into place as the nominated dietitian to the charity, “The Etoile Foundation” by DIOR x UNESCO, in which she provides nutrition and health advice to women in remote areas of Africa.
Andrea also works with NDIS participants, assisting individuals with disabilities improve their quality of life with nutrition. Additionally, Andrea also works with DVA and Aged Care clients, ensuring they have ongoing monitoring and support with nutrition through their later stages of life.
Andrea has a passion for sports nutrition and has experience working with clients from the Hills Trialthon Club and Miss Fit Dance Studio. Andrea has also worked alongside the members of the premier league MacArthur FC.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending quality time with her partner, travelling, improving her fitness at her local gym and catching up with friends.
Helen Martinuzzo
Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator
Helen’s career began in early years education over 20 years ago. Over the years she’s worn many hats including educator, swim instructor, small business owner, sleep consultant, fundraiser, community connector and has loved each one in its own way.
Helen is originally from Wales and made a big move to Australia in 2012. These days she’s a mum, wife, colleague, friend and volunteer and brings all those roles into how she works with people everyday.
Helen’s passion lies in supporting families, building safe inclusive spaces for children, promoting safe and healthy futures and strengthening local communities. Helen loves to build meaningful relationships and create opportunities for community engagement. Whether it’s welcoming new families or sparking new partnerships, she genuinely loves seeing people come together.

Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice – Bond University Queensland
Fiona gained valuable cultural experience through her work in the Solomon Islands and Hong Kong working with the local community and school students. Fiona’s professional knowledge and skills have been strengthened through her work and experience at Robina and Redlands Hospitals working with those on kidney dialysis, with cerebral palsy, malnutrition, diabetes and paediatrics to name a few. Fiona also has experience at the Mater Brisbane Hospital working on a project to help implement a new framework for texture modified foods and thickened fluids for those with dysphagia to increase patient safety. Additionally, she worked on multiple research projects in hospitals to help improve the dietary management for those with diverticulitis. Two of these studies were accepted and presented at the ESPEN conference 2019.
In her spare time Fiona enjoys spending time with her young son, walking her dog at the beach or park, experimenting with recipes and enjoying a good coffee with friends.
Fiona will be relocating back to her hometown in Tasmania in mid May 2022 so all Sydney clients with face to face appointments booked after 7th May 2022 will be via Telehealth.

Lily is a friendly and approachable member of our team who you will see when you walk into the clinic and the voice you will hear on the phone. She is currently studying a double degree in Bachelor of Nutrition Science and Business Administration at Australian Catholic University, combining her love for science, healthy food and business.
Outside of work, Lily enjoys going to the gym and experimenting with cooking. She loves connecting with others and helping them feel supported on their health journey. With her reliability and warm personality, Lily creates a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who comes into the clinic.

Master of Nutrition and Dietetics – University of Wollongong
Amanda has worked as a dietitian in the community for a number of years and has a broad range of experience providing evidence-based nutrition advice to clients in their homes and medical centers as well as working across aged care and disability. She has experience managing many health issues including malnutrition, diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease and disabilities such as cerebral palsy, downs syndrome and multiple sclerosis. Amanda has also been involved with researching and writing plant-based nutrition programs at a public health level and continues to pursue this interest.
When not at work, Amanda is spending time with her husband and three children. She loves getting her kids involved in cooking healthy snacks, tending to their veggie garden and enjoying the outdoors.

Mikayla Soo

Mikayla is one of our friendly team members you’ll see at the front desk or speak with over the phone. She’s currently studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney and aspires to become an exercise physiologist.
Whether she’s lifting weights at the gym, flowing through a Pilates class, or heading out for a morning run, Mikayla believes in making movement a part of everyday life. When she’s not training, you’ll likely find her with a matcha in hand or checking out a new café.
As a team member at Bites, Mikayla brings warmth, curiosity, and positive energy to every interaction. She’s always eager to offer support, share motivation, or simply brighten your day with a smile.
Charlotte Haslem
Charlotte is one of our compassionate friendly faces you will see in the clinic or speak to on the phone. Charlotte is currently studying a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and hopes to become a Dietitian one day soon! Charlotte is passionate about exploring the science of nutrition and how it impacts on our bodies! She loves playing tennis and is also a professional photographer. Charlotte’s empathetic approach is always well received by clients as she tries her best to understand what people need and support them in their journey towards better health with their practitioners at Bites!
He enjoys being active and has a background in mixed martial arts and resistance training at the gym. He also has a background in Soccer and Tennis and has coached these sports for a number of years. Abdullah is eager to share the benefits of how living an active and balanced lifestyle could be integral for improving overall health and wellbeing. He understands how exercise is a key component of maintaining positive mental health which could be the driving factor in supporting a holistic approach to healthcare practice. Abdullah has a personal interest in resistance training and martial arts and will be more than happy to show you how you can also reap an abundance of positive outcomes associated with these styles of training.

Sarina graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science (nutrition and metabolism) and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has gained valuable skills and experience through her time at Royal North Shore Hospital and as a dietitian in the community working with patients with a variety of health issues including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, malnutrition, irritable bowel syndrome and disabilities such as motor neuron disease.
In her spare time you can find her experimenting with new recipes, café-hopping with friends or getting out and about in nature. She’s always up for an adventure whether that’s hiking, skiing or rock climbing.

Lauren graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Science (food science and nutrition) and the University of Sydney with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has gained valuable skills and experience through her time at Goulbourn Base Hospital and within the community working with patients with various health issues including malnutrition, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome and diverticular disease and disabilities such as down syndrome, autism, and intellectual disabilities.
In her spare time, you can find her brunching with friends and family, baking delicious recipes, going on coastal walks or exercising at her local gym.

Diana is a warm and enthusiastic Exercise Scientist and Allied Health Assistant who thrives on helping others feel strong, capable, and empowered through movement. She is passionate about creating fun, uplifting, and challenging sessions where every client leaves feeling optimistic, accomplished, and proud of the effort they’ve put in. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing people grow more confident in their bodies and realise just how much they’re capable of.
Known for her compassionate and encouraging approach, Diana loves meeting clients where they’re at and supporting them on their journey—whether that means mastering foundational movements, pushing limits with strength training, or simply rediscovering the joy of exercise. She believes that movement should be something people look forward to, and she brings positivity and purpose to every session.
Diana’s professional path has been shaped by a deep-rooted love for movement. With many years spent teaching dance and coaching rhythmic gymnastics across all levels, she understands how to tailor movement to suit each individual’s needs and goals. She has also competed in national and international rhythmic gymnastics competitions and performed professionally in musicals and on television, but she sees these achievements as just one part of a much bigger picture.
Currently studying a double degree in Exercise and Sport Science and Nutrition Science, Diana brings a thoughtful, evidence-based perspective to her work. Diana is interested in exercise physiology and supporting long-term health and function through movement.
At Bites, Diana works with clients in our private clinic, delivering tailored exercise programs prescribed by our Exercise Physiologists. Each session is designed to be motivating, empowering, and always sprinkled with a bit of fun

Kaitlyn is friendly and interested in helping people achieve positive changes to their health. Her passion for exercise and healthy eating has evolved through her own experience and the study of Exercise Science.
She enjoys being active and is enthusiastic to share the benefits of how a healthy balanced lifestyle and regular exercise can improve your overall health and wellbeing. She understands how exercise plays an important role in the management of mental health to help support a holistic approach to healthcare. Kaitlyn has a personal interest in resistance training and will be happy to tell you about the abundance of positive outcomes associated.

Melanie is one of our compassionate friendly faces who loves cooking and creating meals for her whole family to enjoy and exploring the science of nutrition! She loves playing sports and going to the gym, having a background in playing professional soccer. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Dietetics and Exercise Physiology and will soon become an Exercise Physiologist and Dietitian! In the meantime she uses her undergraduate degree and knowledge to support clients in their Exercise Physiology programs and delivers fun and safe training sessions and loves to help people build their technique in the gym. She really thrives in sessions with younger clients and builds rapport super fast. Clients report feeling at ease in their sessions with Melanie and we constantly hear feedback that she really cares about the people she works with. She loves trying to help and will always do her best to provide you with a positive and warm-hearted experience here at Bites!
