Because Australian Children Deserve Better Health from the Start
Why we are so passionate about working with you? These are the saddening Australian Facts…
- 1 in 5 children in Australia have a nutrient deficiency sufficient enough to affect growth, learning or development
- 8% of children under 5 have iron deficiency which affects their attention and cognitive development
- Up to 10% of children under 5 experience faltering growth and 1/3 of cases go unrecognised.
- Children undernourished up to age 2 can lose up to 13 IQ points and have lifelong reductions in height and muscle mass
- Early Dietitian Led Feeding Therapy improves diet variety by 60% in under 3 months
- Children who receive early nutrition care are 3 x more likely to catch up in growth and 2 x more likely to reach developmental milestones.
Our children deserve to start their lives with optimal conditions to learn, grow and play!
Our Nutrition Programs for Centres
Nutrition programs designed by a Mum and an Industry Leader in Dietetics
We were established in 2010 by our Founder Chantelle Wardini APD AEP who is both a Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist. Chantelle is also a mum and has a strong interest in child and infant nutrition. She adores working with children, their families and educators to provide opportunities for kids to develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Chantelle has been featured in international media publications and online for her work in the paediatric space. She brings a fun, nurturing approach to her Dietetics practice and emphasises a play based approach to teaching children about nutrition and movement.
What are the advantages of working with us?
Families in your centre are supported by an industry leader in child nutrition and the children have a head start in life. We are easily contactable by phone during business hours whenever you need support.
What can you do for our centre?
– Menu reviews and renovations
– Educator professional development workshops
– Parent information evenings (these are highly recommended when completing a menu review so parents can ask questions about the new rollout and have access to a health professional)
– Dietitian Screening Days (linking extra support for children that might benefit from feeding therapy)
– Fun play with food incursions for children eg lunchbox readiness, increasing fruit and vegetable acceptance, allergy aware

Reasons Centres Choose Us:
-
1. Real Dietitians. Real Relationships.
Your centre works directly with accredited practising dietitians, not an inbox or a downloadable resource. We build ongoing relationships with your educators, leadership team, and families, so nutrition advice actually translates into practice.
-
2. Bespoke Support — Not One-Size-Fits-All
Every centre is different. Your children, cultural mix, staffing structure, kitchen setup and budget all matter. Our support is tailored to your centre, not a generic online program designed to suit everyone and no one.
-
3. Practical, Educator-Friendly Solutions
We don’t just tell you what to do, we show you how to do it.
Our menu reviews, workshops and incursions are practical, realistic and easy to implement, even in busy early learning environments. -
4. Confidence for Your Team
We equip educators and cooks with the knowledge, language and confidence to:
-
Answer parent nutrition questions professionally
-
Support fussy eaters without pressure
-
Meet nutrition standards without stress
-
Feel proud of the food they’re serving
-
5. Families See the Difference
Parent information evenings and clear nutrition communication help families understand why your centre does what it does, building trust, alignment and confidence in your service.
-
6. Children Learn Through Fun, Not Rules
Our incursions are hands-on, engaging and age-appropriate, helping children build positive relationships with food through play, curiosity and exposure, never fear or restriction.
-
7. Evidence-Based, Quality-Aligned
All recommendations are grounded in:
-
Australian Dietary Guidelines
-
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
-
National Quality Framework (NQS)
So you can be confident your centre is meeting best practice and assessment expectations. -
8. We Grow With Your Centre
This isn’t a once-off tick-box exercise. Centres choose us because we offer ongoing partnership, evolving support, and long-term improvement, not just compliance.
