Lifestyle Change Is Hard!

Changing your lifestyle is hard!

It can take all of your determination to stick to those goals you have set on those hard days

It can be lonely and difficult making choices that don’t align with status quo

It can be easy to give up when the tiredness or busyness of life starts to set in during the year

It can be confusing to know if you’re on the right path…is all that hard work you’re putting in even working ??

You don’t have to do it all alone. You were never meant to.

Why work with us?

  1. Having accountability and support are major factors for lifestyle change success. Our practitioners walk by your side and are that cheerleader you need to get through the rough days. We are so genuinely happy to see you achieve great things and are always there to listen and troubleshoot with you when things are kinda sucky.
  2. We are like your expert friends that will listen to your personal story, understand your medical history, interpret the latest evidence and guide you to make those decisions to try this diet or that exercise confidently.
  3. We aren’t a cookie cutter program. We will personalise our therapy recommendations to suit you. Catch up with us as often as you like, use the consult time to learn or do whatever you need (eg write a meal plan, learn a new behaviour change strategy, discuss a new diagnosis)

If you would like to make an appointment with one of our practitioners you can book online here or call us on 0452 458 146.
