5 Ingredient Low Fodmap Banana Muffins
low FODMAP, heart healthy (low in saturated fat)

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Grease a muffin pan or line with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas. Mix in oats, peanut butter and vanilla until well combined. Fold in dark chocolate chips (optional: reserve some chocolate chips to add to the top of the mixture as long as the chocolate content in each muffin is less than 30g).
- Pour mixture into muffin pan, using a spoon to smooth out on top. bake for 25-30 minutes, until a knife inserted the centre comes out clean.
- Let cool. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
