Registered Providers
Our Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists are registered Medicare and Department of Veterans Affairs providers. We are also registered with Workcover / SafeWork NSW.
We accept EPC/Chronic Disease Management Plans
All medicare and DVA card holders are eligible for Rebates on services provided under EPCs/chronic disease management plans/Team Care Arrangements in our clinic.
DVA/Veterans
We bulk bill all dietitian and exercise physiology services for veterans that hold a gold card or if the condition related to their orange/white card is relevant to their treatment with us including home visits.
Home Visits
We are able to visit patients at their homes and nursing homes within Sydney Metropolitan Areas, there is an additional travel charge for Medicare clients, DVA home visits are bulk billed.
NDIS clients
Self, plan or agency managed welcome.
Referrals Form
Referrals are welcome from insurers, employers, GPs or patients can self refer as long as they can provide us with contact details of organisations looking after their claims.
