Chantelle is truly committed to health and nutrition from both a professional and personal perspective, taking an active interest in healthy cooking for her friends and family and regularly engaging in physical activity. At Bites, she provides her clients with caring and individualised nutritional and exercise advice to help them best achieve their health goals.
Being a business owner and parent, Chantelle has always understood that time is valuable and she loves figuring out ways to help you manage your health more simply and practically. Chantelle works closely with your GP and often Chantelle’s clients are able to reduce diabetic or blood pressure medications that they have been taking for years through developing tailored food and exercise plans.
Chantelle graduated from Sydney University and holds a degree in Exercise and Sport Science as well as a first class honours degree in Nutrition. She is an accredited member of the Dietitian’s Association of Australia as well as Exercise and Sport Science Australia. She is also recognised as an accredited Anthropometrist by the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry which allows her to proficiently measure and assess your skin folds and other body composition data. She has worked professionally with numerous hospitals such as Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Westmead Hospital, Liverpool Hospital, The Hills Private Hospital, Norwest Private Hospital and Lady Davidson Private Hospital. Chantelle has also worked with many individuals under both Private and CTP/Workcover/Life Insurance schemes to help them return to work and life following a significant work accident or illness such as an acute mental health episode, complicated surgical intervention, a cancer journey or chronic fatigue diagnosis.
Chantelle regularly mentors emerging practitioners in the industry and finds gratitude in their trust that she will support them on their own career journeys. She also works with the media, publications and consults to pharmaceutical companies to assist them in improving the health status of their audiences and consumers. Chantelle also provides expert opinion as an Exercise Physiologist on medical negligence cases to advocate for patient safety and healthcare standards in Australia.
Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys spending quality time with her daughter Isla, keeping her cardiovascular system healthy playing soccer, working on her strength through pole fitness, going to the beach and spending time with her Black Labrador, Preston. Chantelle understands that life is dynamic, demanding and different for everyone and as such offers diet and exercise solutions that can be easily adjusted to fit your lifestyle.

Chantelle has completed further studies in fertility and maternal nutrition as well as disordered eating and psychological factors that impact on our food and exercise behaviours. Being a mum herself, Chantelle has both personal and professional experience in managing paediatric and infant nutrition including faltering growth, feeding issues, picky eating and food allergies/intolerances in children.
Chantelle’s Exercise Physiology Interest Areas: metabolic health (particularly type 2 diabetes), cardiovascular disease, sustainable weight loss, shoulder injuries (including frozen shoulder, bursitis, rotator cuff pathology), hip issues (including SIJ dysfunction, bursitis), knee injuries (including strengthening post surgical interventions) and back/spine rehab (including long term management of disc and spine issues such as disc protrusion/spondylosis/arthritis/sciatica) and return to function post surgery. Chantelle has also completed extensive further studies in pregnancy and post-partum exercise including management of diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and pelvic floor training.
Ashlee Kelly

Ashlee is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitians Australia with a passion for helping clients achieve long-term health and nutrition goals. With her naturally empathetic and caring nature, she understands that everyone comes with a unique background, lifestyle, and nutritional needs, which is why she tailors her approach to each individual. Ashlee is committed to understanding each client’s unique journey, offering guidance that integrates nutrition into their daily lives in a way that feels achievable and sustainable. She takes an empathetic, holistic approach, ensuring that each plan is built to suit individual preferences and lifestyle demands, as nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Ashlee’s passion for nutrition and fitness has been a driving force throughout her life, from earning a black belt in taekwondo at age 16 to diving into nutrition research in her spare time. This dedication inspired her to pursue a career in dietetics, where she is devoted to bridging the gap in nutritional knowledge and empowering others to achieve optimal health. With over two years of experience as a Dietitian Assistant at St Vincent’s Hospital, Ashlee provided expert nutrition support in line with hospital protocols. During this time, she completed both her Bachelor of Nutrition Science and Master of Dietetics at Deakin University. In addition to her clinical experience, Ashlee has been involved in research with the Institute of Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN) at Deakin University, managing projects focused on infants under two years old in childcare environments. She also co-authored the study “The Influence of Sleep on Human Taste Function and Perception: A Systematic Review,” highlighting her evidence-based approach to dietetics.
Areas of interest: Women’s health (including PCOS, endometriosis & adenomyosis), IBS, coeliac disease, sustainable weight management, cardiovascular disease (including high cholesterol and hypertension), pregnancy and maternal health and nutrition advice to complement fitness goals. Ashlee also aspires to complete additional training in fertility and reproductive health, as she believes that the key to optimal nutrition lies in prevention.
Outside of work, Ashlee’s love for food and travel fuels her curiosity and creativity. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she is always on the lookout for exciting new culinary experiences. She also enjoys staying active, whether that’s through gym workouts, Pilates, or exploring the outdoors. Ashlee’s compassionate, thoughtful approach makes her an excellent partner for anyone seeking long-term support in their health and wellness journey.

Elizabeth completed her Bachelor of Nutrition Science at The Australian Catholic University and completed her Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Sydney. Elizabeth’s passion for nutrition science and commitment to her studies resulted in her being awarded the prestigious 2021 University Medal in recognition of academic excellence.
Elizabeth is fascinated by all areas of nutrition science, and due to a personal interest in this area, Elizabeth stays up to date with the latest nutrition research and values continual learning. Elizabeth is particularly interested in weight management, diabetes, and gastrointestinal disorders such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), pancreatic enzyme insufficiency (PEI), and Irritable Bowel Diseases such as Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Elizabeth is inspired by the improvements in symptoms and quality of life that dietary intervention can achieve and is encouraged by the rapidly evolving research in this space. In her spare time, Elizabeth’s interests include regular cardio gym sessions, history, culture, languages, travel and spending time with her family including her 2-year-old niece and 4-year-old nephew.
Elizabeth takes a tailored approach to each client she sees. As a true “people person”, Elizabeth values making a connection with others on both a personal level and to work together to come up with an approach that will work best for the client to improve their nutrition health. Elizabeth takes an approach to lifestyle changes that are manageable and focused on overall happiness, health and wellbeing.

Andrea is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with an empathic and energetic nature. This shows through her ability to connect well with all her clients and engage them within the nutrition therapy process in an inspiring way. Andrea strives to provide sustainable ongoing nutrition care focusing on her clients individual needs so the strategies or meal plans recommended are highly personalised to her client. She makes sure that the strategies she develops with her clients are enjoyable (contain favourite foods), easy to follow ( realistic for clients to achieve) and relate to the latest evidenced based research to meet their health needs and conditions. Andrea also recognises the importance of longevity once nutrition and health related goals are achieved. She assists her clients not only achieving their goals, but providing them with the knowledge and skills to sustain their goals long term.
Andrea gained valuable skills and experience through her previous work at John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle working with inpatients in diabetes, cardiothoracic, gastroenterology and ICU wards to name a few. Andrea also has experience in providing outpatient services through the University of Newcastle’s Telehealth Clinic during the 2019- 2020 Covid lockdown period where she made dietetic care possible to patients living in rural and remote areas of Australia.
Andrea regularly works with clients under the NDIS assisting those with disabilities improve their quality of life with nutrition. Andrea also regularly works with DVA and Aged Care clients ensuring they have ongoing monitoring and support with nutrition through their later stages of life.
Andrea has a passion for sports nutrition and has experience working with clients from the Hills Trialthon Club and Miss Fit Dance Studio. Andrea has also worked alongside the members of the premier league MacArthur FC.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending quality time with her partner, friends and family, improving her fitness through strength training at her local gym and going on long coastal walks.

Melissa is a professional and empathic Psychologist who is passionate about empowering her clients to live full, happy and meaningful lives. Melissa’s approach to therapy involves a focus on the relationship between herself and her client. This has been proven to be the key ingredient for positive outcomes in therapy. Melissa is experienced in working with adults, children, and families, in a variety of therapeutic settings including Corporate Organisations, NGOs and Private Practice.
Melissa has a strong passion and dedication to her work and she is well abreast with latest research and literature on many different areas in Psychological counselling including Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Assertiveness and Self Esteem, Grief and Loss and Family and Relationship Issues.
One of Melissa’s primary areas of expertise is in Perinatal Depression. Melissa works with mothers and fathers who are experiencing Depressive symptoms after the birth of their child or during pregnancy. Melissa is extremely passionate about assisting parents through this difficult time, and uses evidence based therapies to assist clients overcome the symptoms of Depression.
Another area of interest and expertise is in weight management and emotional eating. Melissa works with clients on an individual, or group basis to work through the root causes of poor lifestyle choices such as overeating, and assists her clients to make positive long-term changes in their lives. Melissa focuses on the role of the mind and the root cause of unhealthy habits.
Melissa uses a number of treatment approaches in treating her clients. All approaches are evidence based which means they have proven effective in producing positive outcomes. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).

Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice – Bond University Queensland
Fiona gained valuable cultural experience through her work in the Solomon Islands and Hong Kong working with the local community and school students. Fiona’s professional knowledge and skills have been strengthened through her work and experience at Robina and Redlands Hospitals working with those on kidney dialysis, with cerebral palsy, malnutrition, diabetes and paediatrics to name a few. Fiona also has experience at the Mater Brisbane Hospital working on a project to help implement a new framework for texture modified foods and thickened fluids for those with dysphagia to increase patient safety. Additionally, she worked on multiple research projects in hospitals to help improve the dietary management for those with diverticulitis. Two of these studies were accepted and presented at the ESPEN conference 2019.
In her spare time Fiona enjoys spending time with her young son, walking her dog at the beach or park, experimenting with recipes and enjoying a good coffee with friends.
Fiona will be relocating back to her hometown in Tasmania in mid May 2022 so all Sydney clients with face to face appointments booked after 7th May 2022 will be via Telehealth.

Amanda has worked as a dietitian in the community for a number of years and has a broad range of experience providing evidence-based nutrition advice to clients in their homes and medical centers as well as working across aged care and disability. She has experience managing many health issues including malnutrition, diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease and disabilities such as cerebral palsy, downs syndrome and multiple sclerosis. Amanda has also been involved with researching and writing plant-based nutrition programs at a public health level and continues to pursue this interest.
When not at work, Amanda is spending time with her husband and three children. She loves getting her kids involved in cooking healthy snacks, tending to their veggie garden and enjoying the outdoors.
Amanda’s Interest Areas: metabolic health (including diabetes), sustainable weight loss, unintentional weight loss/malnutrition, cardiovascular disease (including hypertension and high cholesterol), PCOS, kidney disease, food allergies and intolerances, IBS and other gastrointestinal issues, plant-based nutrition (vegan, vegetarian, whole food plant-based diets), nutrition for older people, disability, pregnancy nutrition, gestational diabetes and enteral nutrition.
He enjoys being active and has a background in mixed martial arts and resistance training at the gym. He also has a background in Soccer and Tennis and has coached these sports for a number of years. Abdullah is eager to share the benefits of how living an active and balanced lifestyle could be integral for improving overall health and wellbeing. He understands how exercise is a key component of maintaining positive mental health which could be the driving factor in supporting a holistic approach to healthcare practice. Abdullah has a personal interest in resistance training and martial arts and will be more than happy to show you how you can also reap an abundance of positive outcomes associated with these styles of training.

Sarina graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science (nutrition and metabolism) and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has gained valuable skills and experience through her time at Royal North Shore Hospital and as a dietitian in the community working with patients with a variety of health issues including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, malnutrition, irritable bowel syndrome and disabilities such as motor neuron disease.
In her spare time you can find her experimenting with new recipes, café-hopping with friends or getting out and about in nature. She’s always up for an adventure whether that’s hiking, skiing or rock climbing.

Lauren graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Science (food science and nutrition) and the University of Sydney with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has gained valuable skills and experience through her time at Goulbourn Base Hospital and within the community working with patients with various health issues including malnutrition, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome and diverticular disease and disabilities such as down syndrome, autism, and intellectual disabilities.
In her spare time, you can find her brunching with friends and family, baking delicious recipes, going on coastal walks or exercising at her local gym.

Chris fell in love with Exercise Physiology after working as a gym Volunteer for people living with cerebral palsy and working for the CMT Australia. Chris has first-hand experiences of living with a hereditary neurological condition and understands the benefits of exercise in terms of helping to manage the symptoms. Chris enjoys playing Dodgeball and participating in triathlons and he would love to complete an ironman! He is also a student of Meditation school and enjoys doing various types of meditation retreats.
Chris’ Interest Areas: Neurological conditions specifically Peripheral neuropathy and Charcot-Marie tooth disease, Cancer in particular exercise before, during and after treatment. Injuries sustained at work and exercise for weight loss.

Kaitlyn is friendly and interested in helping people achieve positive changes to their health. Her passion for exercise and healthy eating has evolved through her own experience and the study of Exercise Science.
She enjoys being active and is enthusiastic to share the benefits of how a healthy balanced lifestyle and regular exercise can improve your overall health and wellbeing. She understands how exercise plays an important role in the management of mental health to help support a holistic approach to healthcare. Kaitlyn has a personal interest in resistance training and will be happy to tell you about the abundance of positive outcomes associated.

Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science – University of Technology Sydney
Riley is an energetic and smiley Exercise Scientist with a strong passion for working with others to assist them achieve their health and wellness goals. Her interest in exercise arose from an early age where she played basically every team sport under the sun including netball, touch football, soccer, Australian football, Oz tag and basketball! Ever since, Riley’s professional passion has been to assist others in obtaining the benefits of exercise that she has been fortunate enough to experience herself.
With her background of training elite athletes, as well as young adults new to exercise, Riley has a sound ability to cater exercise programs to suit her client’s own personal fitness journeys and can adapt exercises to match their pace and abilities. She has developed her ability to help clients correct their technique and movement patterns whilst working with state and national level athletes, and recognises the importance of educating her clients about what exercises they are doing and why. Most importantly, Riley strives to make her sessions fun and exciting because exercise should be something you look forward to!
At Bites, Riley delivers exercise programs to our clients which are most often prescribed by our Exercise Physiologists. You can train with Riley in our private clinic, your own home or a local gym – whatever suits you best! Riley has experience working with various clients in both a 1:1 and group setting, and hence understands that every client has different preferences for how they like to train and what they respond well to. She believes that a positive attitude can be contagious, so you can expect Riley to come to every exercise session with motivation and passion!
