4 Ingredient Smoothie Bowl

vegan, low calorie, heart healthy, diabetes friendly

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup almond milk (you can use any milk that you prefer)
  • ½ tbsp peanut butter
  • 30g protein powder
  • Handful of Ice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and serve.
  3. Top with your favourite toppings e.g. granola, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds.

Tip: for a thicker smoothie bowl freeze your banana prior or add more ice.
