4 Ingredient Smoothie Bowl
vegan, low calorie, heart healthy, diabetes friendly

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ½ cup almond milk (you can use any milk that you prefer)
- ½ tbsp peanut butter
- 30g protein powder
- Handful of Ice
Method
- Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and serve.
- Top with your favourite toppings e.g. granola, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds.
Tip: for a thicker smoothie bowl freeze your banana prior or add more ice.
