Build your own: Brekkie

Choose from each category to make a tasty brekkie bowl or blend with ice for a nourishing smoothie!

Grains: Choose 1

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 Weetbix
  • 3/4 cup of wholegrain flaked cereal
  • 1/3 cup of muesli

Protein: Mix and match

  • 1 cup low-fat milk or milk
  • 3/4 cup low-fat yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta
  • 1 serve protein powder

Fruit/Veg: Mix and Match

  • Frozen berries
  • Sliced apple
  • Banana
  • Frozen mango
  • Spinach
  • Orange

Healthy Fat: Choose 1

  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds
  • 1/4 avocado
